story.

One day we found ourselves tired and unable to focus after a poor night’s sleep, right before an important event at work. We didn’t have time to go get a coffee, and energy drinks usually made us crash. We wanted something that would give us a quick, stable hit of energy for the rest of the day without sketchy ingredients, and our options were limited at best.

So we started asking whether there was a better way to energize our day.

Part of this is personal. We have ADHD, and maintaining energy and focus is often the difference between a good day and a lost one. What we could buy either spiked our energy before making us crash an hour later, or came with an ingredient list we did not feel good about putting in our bodies. We wanted something we could take on a regular day and feel good about: clean energy and focus we could count on, without the day-ruining crash.

We researched, worked with scientists, and continuously iterated our formulation for a clean, convenient energy strip with carefully chosen and sensibly dosed ingredients. We partnered with a trusted American supplier to bring the formula to life, then started sharing it with friends and family.

People wanted it.

But we knew an idea wasn’t enough. The product had to deliver. So we tested it, refined it, and kept going. Now the third-party testing is done, real people keep coming back to us with great feedback, and we’re ready to bring Relm to the world.

We run on a few rules: stay holistic, stay transparent, and never compromise on what goes into our products. We’re building Relm with a team that genuinely cares about making supplements people can feel good about putting in their bodies, backed by science and made for real life.
