Refund policy

Ten strips to decide
Use ten strips. If Relm has not earned a place in your day, email us at relmsupplements@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we will refund your order in full to the original payment method. You keep the rest of the strips. There is nothing to ship back, no form, and no restocking fee. This guarantee covers one order per customer.

Preorders
You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund. Email us with your
order number. Once an order has shipped, the ten-strip guarantee above applies.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, at your choice.

 
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post the credit. Shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item.
