One strip is one serving, and there are thirty in a pack. The strip itself is made of pullulan, a plant-based film grown by fermentation, with a cellulose-based stabilizer. Both dissolve in water and neither contain plastics.

Good to know

No
caffeine.

There is no caffeine in Relm. The active is paraxanthine, the compound your body makes when it breaks down caffeine, so taking it directly skips that conversion. It acts on the same receptors, so treat it the way you treat caffeine. If you are sensitive to stimulants, pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have been told to cut caffeine, ask your doctor first.

For every study we cite, the dose it used sits next to Relm’s.

01

Paraxanthine

The primary metabolite of caffeine. When your liver breaks caffeine down, about 80% of it becomes paraxanthine. Relm gives it to you directly, with no conversion step. With a half-life of roughly 3.1 hours versus caffeine’s 4.1, it works when you need it and clears out on schedule, so the energy is there when you want it and not when you don’t. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 50 mg of paraxanthine improved reaction time and sustained attention, with no significant side effects over a week of daily use.

02

Dynamine®

A fast-acting cousin of caffeine, designed to provide a quick lift. It peaks within about an hour and has a half-life of roughly 1.5 hours, so it delivers an early boost while paraxanthine settles in for steady, longer-lasting energy. In human trials, methylliberine didn’t raise heart rate or blood pressure, and a four-week safety study found no adverse cardiovascular effects. Quick to start, gentle on your system, and built to work synergistically with paraxanthine.

03

L-theanine

The amino acid found in tea, and part of the reason tea feels so different from coffee. Tea has paired theanine with gentle stimulants for centuries: a standard cup of black tea has about 24 mg of theanine alongside roughly 40 mg of caffeine. Relm is built on that same natural balance, pairing L-theanine with paraxanthine in a similar ratio. Theanine reaches the brain within about 30 minutes, and research on the tea pairing has linked it to a relaxed-but-alert state. In Relm, it rounds out the blend so the energy feels smooth and focused.

04

Huperzine A

A natural compound from Chinese club moss, a staple of cognitive formulas. It slows the enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter behind attention and recall, so more of it stays available while you work. In Relm, it’s there to support the focus side of the blend, alongside paraxanthine’s energy.

05

B6, B9, B12

The essential vitamins your body uses to turn food into fuel. B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism, and folate (B9) helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Every amount is clearly listed on the label, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
