Shipping policy

Preorders
Relm is currently available for preorder. Your card is charged when you place the order.
Preorders ship the week of October 12th, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If that date changes, we will email you before it does. You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes.

Rates and delivery times
Orders of 3 or more packs: free standard shipping.
Standard: $8.00, typically 3 to 5 business days in transit.
Express: $15.00, typically 1 to 2 business days in transit.

Once preorders have shipped, orders placed before 12:00 pm Pacific on a business day are processed within 2 business days. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address changes
Email us at relmsupplements@gmail.com with your order number before your order ships and we will update the address. We cannot change an address once a package is with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived, or it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days and we will reship it or refund you.
