Product information and health notice
Relm Energy Strips are a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Relm contains stimulant ingredients. Follow the directions on the label: one or two strips a day as needed, and no more than four in any 24-hour period. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, sensitive to stimulants, or have been advised to limit caffeine. Keep out of reach of children. Read the full ingredient list on the label and on our research page before use.

Preorders
Preorders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Ship dates shown on the site are
estimates. If a ship date changes, we will notify you by email. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Pricing and errors
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Launch pricing and promotional
offers are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn. If a product is listed at an
incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and will refund you in full.

Orders
An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property
The Relm name, wordmark, packaging, site design, images, and copy are owned by Relm
Supplements and may not be used without written permission.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relm's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Relm against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products contrary to the label directions.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version.
Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
